You may return items purchased from FlyXCity within 30 days of receiving your order. To be eligible for a return, the following conditions must be met:
- The item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in resellable condition.
- You must have a proof of purchase (receipt or order confirmation).
- The product must not be a final sale item, perishable, or custom-made.
2. How to Initiate a Return
To initiate a return, please follow these steps:

- Provide your order number, details of the product(s) you wish to return, and the reason for the return.
- Our team will guide you through the return process and provide you with a return authorization number, if applicable.
3. Refund Process
Once we receive your returned items and verify that they meet our return requirements, we will process your refund. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used during the purchase. Please note:
- The refund process may take 5-7 business days to appear in your account, depending on your payment provider.
- Original shipping costs are non-refundable, unless the return is due to a defective or incorrect item.
4. Exchanges
If you wish to exchange an item for a different size, color, or product, please follow the return process and place a new order for the replacement item. Returns for exchanges are subject to availability of the replacement item.

Customers are responsible for the return shipping costs, unless the return is due to an error on our part (e.g., damaged or incorrect items). We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance for returns. FlyXCity is not responsible for items lost in transit.
